Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of https://simplesteadysystems.com and to any services provided by Simple Steady Systems LLC.

What we do

We review how a business operates, identify where time, money, leads, or customers are being lost, and build the processes and systems to address it. Where automation or AI tools are useful for that, we use them.

We are an operations consultancy. We are not a lawyer, an accountant, or a financial adviser, and nothing we provide is legal, tax, or investment advice.

No guarantee of results

Any figures, projections, or estimates we discuss — including on a call or in a written roadmap — are illustrative and depend on assumptions about your business. They are not a promise of any particular outcome.

Business results depend on many factors outside our control, including your market, your pricing, your team, and how consistently the recommendations are actually put into practice.

Scope of work and payment

Each engagement is defined in a separate written agreement or proposal specifying what is included, the price, and the schedule. Those terms govern the work.

Fees are due as stated in that agreement. Work may pause if payment is overdue.

Either party may end an ongoing engagement with written notice as set out in the agreement.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for giving us accurate information about your business, for having the authority to grant us access to any systems we need, and for the decisions you make based on our recommendations.

You are responsible for your own compliance with the laws that apply to your business, including any rules about how you contact your own customers.

Confidentiality

We treat what we learn about your business as confidential and will not disclose it, except to the extent required by law.

We may describe the type of work done in general terms, without identifying you, unless you agree otherwise in writing.

Ownership

Documents, processes, and system configurations we build specifically for you are yours once paid for.

Our own templates, frameworks, and methods remain ours, and we may continue to use them with other clients.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of an engagement is limited to the amount you paid us for that engagement.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost business opportunities.

Website content

The content on this website is provided for information only and may change without notice.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, and any dispute will be handled in the courts of that jurisdiction.
