Common questions

What happens on the free Intro Call?

The Intro Call is a free 30-minute conversation about your business, what you want to improve, and whether a paid Operational AI Audit makes sense. There is no full diagnosis on the call.

What is an Operational AI Audit?

An Operational AI Audit looks at the agreed workflows, systems, people, delays, and repeated work inside your business. The goal is to identify where process improvements, automation, or AI can create meaningful value.

How is this different from an automation agency?

Most automation agencies start with the technology. We start with the business. We fix the foundation first, then use AI or automation only when it can actually improve how the business works.

Can this be done remotely?

Yes. Everything is done remotely through video meetings, such as Google Meet, and shared documents or screen sharing when needed. You and your team can participate from wherever you work.
